SellVerdict (“we”) is a software service that provides product-opportunity intelligence for Amazon sellers (the “service”), operated by 【legal entity name】. The service gives analytical conclusions based on historical data. It does not constitute investment, financial, or business advice, and makes no guarantee or earnings promise about any business outcome. By using the service you agree to these terms.

You must register an account and are responsible for activity under it; your registration details must be accurate. Keep your credentials safe and notify us of any unauthorized use. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

Paid tiers are subscriptions, collected by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, which also handles tax. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price. You may cancel anytime with one click; cancellation is prorated per the refund policy. We give notice before any price change.

You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, bulk-export, or resell data from the service; (b) reverse-engineer the service or circumvent access / billing limits; (c) share an account across parties to avoid paying; (d) use the service in any way that harms its stability or other users. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

The software, interface, aggregated data, scoring methodology, and conclusion templates belong to us or the respective rights holders. You receive a limited license to use the service during your subscription under these terms; no ownership transfers.

The service is provided “as is.” All opportunity conclusions are analysis based on historical data, not a guarantee or promise of future sales, profit, or any business outcome. Markets, platform rules, supply chains, and competition change constantly; every sourcing and business decision is yours to make and bear. We do not guarantee the data is perfectly accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from using or being unable to use the service; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid us in the 【12】 months before the claim.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Terms that by their nature survive (e.g., IP, disclaimer, limitation of liability) continue after termination.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
